How I can help you
ADHD
I help people manage overwhelming ADHD symptoms and help them develop personalized strategies to overcome their struggles. You may be dealing with inattention, emotional dysregulation, or executive functioning challenges. I also help people manage social anxiety or learn social skills and cues to help them find a sense of belonging.
Anxiety
Do you struggle with worries, anxieties, or feel stuck in a state of hyper-vigilance? I help people learn about their triggers to rewire their nervous system responses. Whether your anxiety presents cognitively or somatically, I create a safe space for you to explore it.
Highly sensitive
Are you a highly sensitive person (HSP)? As a highly sensitive therapist, I can appreciate the stressors that come with being a deep feeler and absorbing the energy from those around you. Together we will help you learn more about sensory needs, how to implement boundaries, and find compassion for your sensitive parts.
Emotional regulation
I support people who are looking to increase their emotional regulation skills, process big feelings in a safe and contained way, and learn distress tolerance tools. Together we will extinguish old coping mechanisms and bring in new ways of healing.
Trauma
Whether recent or distant, I help people who have experienced trauma and people who are feeling ready to process traumatic wounds. I work with childhood trauma, people who have experienced sexual abuse and sexual assault, in addition to acute trauma. Using a trauma-informed approach, I move slowly to help you find your voice and overcome painful memories.
