Being a young person is hard, but you don’t have to go through this important time of your life alone.

I offer counselling for youth 16 years old and older.

    • Provides a safe, supportive space to talk and feel heard

    • Builds coping, stress management, and problem solving skills

    • Strengthens self-esteem, confidence, and self-identity

    • Strengthens communication and relationship skills

    • Supports youth through life changes, challenges, and trauma

    • Improves focus, behaviour, and school or social functioning

    • Encourages early support and long-term resilience

  • As a parent, you are welcome to book a consultation call with me so we can discuss how to get started. Some youth like to start counselling independently, while others prefer parents to set up and attend the intake session.

  • At the start of counselling, we will outline what parent involvement will look like for your unique situation.
